Models for simulation of controllers
For hardware-in-the-loop simulation, you need real-time models to simulate the real environment. The models represent the behavior of the system that a real controller is to be used with. Together, model and simulator form an identical representation of a real object. Suitably parameterized and configured, the model can simulate any of the states that the represented object may have.
